• We'll start with your FREE initial consultation. Get to know each other, discuss where you and/or your business currently are, and how we can advance your business into operations excellence so you can achieve that next level growth. It's important to know whether this process is a good fit for your organization, and you truly have a desire to work through the process openly.
• Next, we will launch directly into your 90-day business blueprint. A curated plan specifically customized to your business that will contain the overall scope of work and the estimated timeline for each part of the 90-day journey.
• Based on the size and scale of your business, we will determine the best availability for our scheduled meetings that will focus on each department of your business with a Q&A discussion, collection of information for analysis, and next steps as we work through Management Team, Products and Services, Operational Processes and Workflow, Financial Review, Revenue Generation, Marketing, Company Culture and Leadership.
• At the end of 90 days, you will receive your complete company report of findings, analysis and recommendations, along with an implementation plan structure to move you to the next level of success!
